Body weight excercise and takes less than 20 min. Pushups Jump Squats Reverse crunches Sit throughs Shoulder tap pushups (pushup then tap each shoulder with opposite hand) Mountain climbers Flutter kicks And last but not least BURPEES!! AFTER 1 FULL ROUND REST 1 MIN OR 2 IF NEEDED THEN REPEAT 2 MORE TIMES!! You got this! Initiative!!!
